The Real Truth to Youth
We talk a lot about chasing goals, building wealth, or achieving the “next big thing,” but here’s something we don’t talk about enough... renewal.
Life has a way of draining you. Work, bills, family obligations, bad news, and unexpected detours can quietly chip away at your energy until you’re running on fumes. And when you’re drained, it’s easy to mistake exhaustion for failure.
But here’s the truth: success doesn’t come from constantly pushing yourself harder. It comes from knowing when to refill. That refill might be rest, prayer, laughter, creative time, travel, or simply saying no to the things that don’t align with you.
We often think the world will reward us for running ourselves into the ground, but the opposite is true. The people who show up with fresh energy, clear vision, and a full cup are the ones who make the most impact.
The trick isn’t to live forever. The trick is to keep showing up fully alive.
Recently, I visited a place that reminded me of this truth, the Fountain of Youth. And while I can’t promise the water will turn back time, I can tell you this: making space to renew yourself will keep your spirit younger, stronger, and ready for whatever’s next.
